Valentina Chirvăsuță, Director and Founder Bwell Education School
With 15 years of experience in psychotherapy and working with children, I have dedicated my career to creating an educational environment that promotes the holistic development of each student. Bwell Education School is the result of my passion for education and desire to provide a safe and nurturing place for children to develop academically, emotionally and socially.
My training in psychology has allowed me to deeply understand children's needs and develop programs that cultivate their cognitive and emotional abilities. I strongly believe that every child has immense potential and deserves respect and support to reach that potential. In our center, discipline and responsibility are taught with kindness, and integrity and honesty are the core values that guide all our activities.
As Principal, I ensure that every aspect of our school reflects these principles. I am actively involved in the development of our curriculum, which includes both rigorous academic instruction as well as emotional and social development programs. I also integrate mindfulness practices to help children manage their emotions and develop psychological resilience.
My values - respect, empathy, responsibility and integrity - are fundamental to how I lead Bwell Education School. I am dedicated to providing an educational environment in which children feel valued and encouraged to become the best version of themselves, thus contributing positively to society.
Viorel Chirvăsuță, Manager Bwell Education School
With extensive experience in the administrative management of educational projects, I am dedicated to ensuring an organized and efficient environment for our activities. My administrative expertise, gained over the years in various institutions in Romania, has prepared me to efficiently manage resources and coordinate teams to provide the best learning conditions.
My primary role is to support the team of educators and psychologists in the implementation of our innovative programs, ensuring that all administrative aspects are well organized and running smoothly. I am responsible for planning and supervising day-to-day activities, managing budget and resources, as well as maintaining relationships with parents and the community.
My passion for organization and efficiency is reflected in every aspect of my work, helping to create a stable and well-structured educational environment. Under my leadership, our center ensures that all administrative processes are well managed, allowing our team of educators to focus on the academic and personal development of the children.
My values - accountability, integrity, transparency and efficiency - are fundamental to my management practice. I am committed to providing strong support to our team so that every child receives a quality education in a safe and organized environment.
Annie Dzubaila - Teacher Bwell Education School
Annie holds a prestigious International Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Derby in the U.K. and a Level 5 certification in teaching English as a second language, also from the U.K. In addition, she has a facilitator certification in social, emotional and ethical learning from Emory University in the U.S.
Annie's extensive experiences in the Middle East and India have profoundly enriched her worldview. In the Middle East, she embraced the importance of an international mindset, which fits seamlessly into her holistic approach to teaching. In India, she deepened mindfulness practices, learning from monks of different faiths to cultivate strategies that calm the body and mind.
Passionate about nurturing and developing global students with a broad perspective, Annie is dedicated to mentoring them to become the best version of themselves, empowering them to contribute positively to society.
